Easy to use book! Love this easy to use book! Exactly what I was looking for.It has helped me stay on track I am going into my third month of this book. It has helped me stay on track with my healthier eating habits. It has space for tracking what I've eaten, what exercise I've done, water intake, sleep time, cravings and response, how I feel about my habits for the day and a space to remind myself about what I can improve on.
